Contrary Badger may also be a sign to use herbs and roots for healing purposes and to be open to receiving “tough” love as needed. By tough I just mean maybe you need to be stirred in order to take the action you need.
Are you angry? I sure am. And I think it’s the perfect response most days when I pair it up with practical action.
Can you be angry and also nurturing and loving? In my opinion, hell yeah. It may sound paradoxical… But if I am angry enough about the hurt I see, I can go practice karuna (compassion) and decrease the suffering of others.
